VIP Account Manager (Russian)
VIP and high value customers are key to the success of our business. We are looking for someone to manage our current group of VIP and high value customers in our Russian speaking market, while increasing revenues and retention rate. The position includes building strong relationships with valuable customers and provide superb service tailored for their needs.
Monitor individual customer performance. Handle VIP customers’ day to day queries and complaints, in-order to provide the VIP with personal and ‘competition beating’ service.
Initiate campaigns and monitor results.
Requirements:
Native Russian speaker. Additional European language – advantage.
High level English, written and spoken
2 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably, on the online gaming industry
Willingness for night shifts (2 nights) every 7 – 8 weeks
